Vitachem Aircon Emulsion combats rust, scale and corrosion. It is a combination of tropical resins, organic vegetable substances, corrosion inhibitors and emulsifying agents.
It is a concentrated colloidal Vitachem preparation with the capacity to disperse into millions of minute particles suspended in water which attract to themselves all foreign matter holding it in suspension. The result of this colloidal action causes spongy disintegration of scale already present in the system. This is removed through bleed-off from a low point. In addition, a microscopic film, characteristic of all Vitachem preparations, is deposited on all metal surfaces protecting them against corrosion.

Vitachem Boiler Water Treatment is a phosphate-based colloidal preparation consisting primarily of organic vegetable substances, corrosion inhibitors with emulsifying and dispersing agents of natural and synthetic nature.
It prevents immediate formation of scales, removes old scales previously formed, prevents rust and corrosion, does not carry over with steam and is guaranteed harmless to equipment and personnel. It is non-toxic, free from ammonia, chromates, acid, lye, chloride, graphite and water glass.
It is a true colloidal water treatment. It does not react in a strictly chemical sense with water.

Vitachem 84 is a high molecular weight, highly cationic charge, polyacrylamide granules. It is an effective flocculant for drinking water, industrial water, mining, inorganic pigments, metal processing, paper processing, industrial and municipal effluent.
Vitachem 84 can be used alone or in combination with cationic coagulants, such as alum and can be used as de-watering aid in sludge filter press.

Vitachem 64 is a high molecular weight, medium anionic charge, polyacrylamide granuels. It is an effective flocculant for drinking water, industrial water, mining, inorganic pigments, metal processing, paper processing, industrial and municipal effluent.
Vitachem 64 can be used alone or in combination with cationic flocculants or coagulants, such as alum.
Vitachem 800
Bio-Enzyme
Vitachem 800 contains enzymes such as amylase, protease, cellulose and lipase. It is a dried bacteria with enzyme implant. It is intended for sewage / wastewater to attain a more efficient and cost-effective treatment.
It is cultured from natural origin consisting of 80 strains of genes not containing any synthetic chemical or any kind of pathogen (disease agent) or toxic substances.
The product has bacteria known as bacillus-subtilus. This type of bacteria has capacity to biodegrade materials such as grease, oil, protein, fats and starch.

It reduces chemical consumption and improves settlement of solids, therefore attaining stable clarification of wastewater. It is non-acidic, non-toxic, non-caustic, non-fuming and non-flammable. It does not damage pipes and other surfaces. It increases efficiency in aeration and is safe to handle.
